Shelters & Enclosures
Custom-fabricated steel shelters, enclosures, and canopy structures for schools, sporting facilities, transit stops, and public spaces. Designed to brief, fabricated in-house, and built to last in exposed outdoor environments.
Handrails & Glowrails
Custom handrail systems in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium — fabricated and installed to AS 1657 and NCC requirements. We also offer illuminated handrails with our Glowrail service.
DDA Compliant Ramps
Steel-framed access ramps designed and fabricated to meet Disability Discrimination Act and NCC access requirements. We work with your building surveyor or access consultant to ensure full compliance from design through to installation.
Perforated Metal
Perforated steel and aluminium components for screens, balustrade infill panels, cladding, and feature elements. Available in standard perforation patterns or custom designs — cut and formed on our in-house machinery to exact project dimensions.

Glowrails. Illuminated Handrails.
Glowrails are our in-house manufactured illuminated handrail system — combining the structural integrity of a precision-fabricated metal handrail with integrated LED lighting for a striking architectural finish that performs as well as it looks.
Ideal for feature stair systems, public access routes, hospitality environments, and any application where the handrail is part of the design statement. Fabricated entirely in our Somerton workshop — every component made to the project’s exact dimensions, materials, and lighting specification.

Brief & Drawing Review
We review your drawings, engineer's specifications, or project brief and confirm scope, material, tolerances, and finish requirements before pricing. If drawings aren't available, we can work from a detailed brief or site measurements.

Quote & Programme
We provide a clear, itemised quote with a fabrication lead time that suits your construction programme. For large or complex scopes, we'll agree a staged delivery schedule upfront so there are no surprises.

Fabrication
All work is fabricated in our Somerton workshop by our own tradespeople. We carry out QA checks throughout the fabrication process and inspect every component against drawings before it leaves the workshop.

Delivery or Installation
Components are delivered to site ready to install, or we can provide our own installation team for structural erection and site fixing. We coordinate directly with your site supervisor to suit the programme.
Materials we we work with.
Structural Steel
The primary material for custom structural fabrication — available in SHS, RHS, UB, UC, angle, flat bar, and plate. Sourced from Australian-certified suppliers and fabricated to engineer's specifications. Finished with primer, powder coat, or hot-dip galvanising as required.
Stainless Steel
For structural applications requiring corrosion resistance, hygiene, or a premium finish — Grade 304 for general commercial use, Grade 316 for coastal or chemically exposed environments. Available in tube, flat bar, plate, and angle sections.
Aluminium
Where weight reduction is a structural consideration — elevated platforms, rooftop supports, and components subject to slab load limits. Naturally corrosion-resistant and available in extruded sections, plate, and tube. Powder coated or anodised to suit.
